Fees & Rates

Individual 75 minute intake session: $175

Individual 50 minute session: $140

Individual 90 minute session: $200

I offer individual therapy to adults (18+) in Washington state that take place weekly or every other week. I offer an initial, free of cost 15-minute consultation call before beginning our work together; consultation calls are not therapy. Our first session together is 75 minutes long (instead of the usual 50 minutes) so we can take our time getting to know each other and make sure I understand what brings you to therapy. This gives us plenty of time to discuss your goals, complete any necessary paperwork, and answer all your questions without feeling rushed.

I accept private pay only via cash, checks, credit or debit cards through my HIPAA-compliant client portal on Simple Practice.

No Surprises Act

I am in compliance with the No Surprises Act. This federal law protects clients or patients who receive services from out-of-network (OON) providers from getting surprise bills. The act requires providers to offer “Good Faith Estimates” for the cost of services. For more information, see here.

Telehealth

Current clients can access my Simple Practice portal here. All sessions take place virtually at the moment and require video, audio, and internet access. I am unable to see clients located or traveling outside of Washington state due to licensing restrictions.

ADHD Assessments*

*coming soon

ADHD assessments will include a diagnostic interview. If determined an interview cannot be completed in 90 minutes, we will discuss supplemental sessions and their accompanying fees as deemed necessary for thorough assessment and care.

Please note that we do NOT offer medication management; ADHD assessments are purely for diagnostic purposes.

Scope of Practice

Areas of focus that I enjoy and often work with clients on include:

  • Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; Multicultural mental health

  • Body image and internalized fatphobia

  • Burnout and stress management

  • Complex trauma (C-PTSD) and childhood trauma

  • Racial and cultural identity development

  • Self-compassion development and systemic shame resilience

  • Sex/sensuality, intimacy, and sexual libration exploration

Insurance, & Sliding Scale

I do not accept insurance at this time, I am happy to provide a superbill clients may submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement but this does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.

In striving to make therapy more accessible to those historically marginalized and economically disadvantaged, I have slots for a sliding scale option for those unable to pay the full $140 fee. I do not currently have sliding scale spots available.

“Love takes off the masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within.

I use the word "love" here not merely in the personal sense but as a state of being, or a state of grace - not in the infantile American sense of being made happy but in the tough and universal sense of quest and daring and growth.”
