Ready to Exhale: Free support group for Black Women
Peer support-led mental health group for Black women needing support. This group will be held via Zoom every Thursday @ 5pm PST with no cost. Fill out this form to get started.

Stay Ready: An End-of-Life Planning Workshop
The saying goes, “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.” But what does getting ready mean in the context of living and dying? You might know that it would be responsible to somehow get your affairs in order in case you die, but how do you actually do that?
In this intimate in-person workshop by A Thoughtful Death, you will be guided through the practical and relational components of thorough end-of-planning. You will walk away with an advance care directive, knowledge of how to begin tough end-of-life conversations and tools to face death - and life - with greater intention.
This workshop is great for: people who have been wanting to do end-of-life planning but have felt intimidated doing it one-on-one; folx who enjoy learning from other people’s questions and experiences; planners; anyone who enjoys pastries :)
$150 (includes physical + electronic copies of your personalized end-of-life planning documents)

In This Body - Embodiment Support Group
Heart Guided Nutrition & Kin Therapy present a 7 week online embodiment support group called In This Body.
This support group is for folks working on befriending their bodies amidst the cacophony of diet culture and rampant anti-fat bias. Come find a soft place to land. Come
